1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Perim ("Perimenopause Tracker"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What Perim is — and is not

Perim is a personal tracking and wellness app for the perimenopausal transition. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or cure any condition. Any educational content, movement routines, food ideas, or safety reminders are general information only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health.

3. Your data

  • Your check-in data is stored locally on your own device.
  • We do not access, sell, or share your health data. See our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for your device backups; we cannot recover data from a lost or reset device.

4. Subscriptions & payment

  • Perim offers an optional auto-renewing subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

5. Acceptable use

  • You agree to use Perim only for lawful, personal purposes.
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app.
  • You must not use the app to distribute malware or harmful content.

6. Intellectual property

Perim and its original content, features, and design remain the exclusive property of Flag Apps and its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that any insight provided is complete or accurate for your situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flag Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
