1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Hide Photo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What Hide Photo is

Hide Photo is a personal privacy utility that lets you store photos, videos, and Live Photos in a passcode-protected vault on your device. It is provided as a convenience tool for organizing and protecting your own media and is not a guarantee against all forms of unauthorized access, device compromise, or data loss.

3. Your responsibility

• You are responsible for remembering your passcode. Because the vault is private and stored on your device, we cannot recover or reset a lost passcode, and we cannot recover data from a lost, reset, or damaged device.
• You are responsible for your own device backups. Deleting the app may permanently remove your vault contents.
• You agree to use Hide Photo only to store content that you own or are legally permitted to keep.

4. Your data

• Your vault contents are stored locally on your own device.
• We do not access, upload, sell, or share your media. See our Privacy Policy.
• The intruder-capture feature and its logs are stored on your device and controlled by you.

5. Free use, subscriptions & payment

• Hide Photo is free to use for storing up to 10 photos. If you reach this limit and choose not to upgrade, you can continue using the app for free — you simply won't be able to add new photos beyond the free limit.
• To unlock unlimited photos and videos, you can start a 3-day free trial and then continue for $19.99 per year, or make a one-time $24.99 lifetime purchase for permanent unlimited access.
• The prices above are for the United States. Prices may differ in other countries and are always shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm any purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If you start the free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase the yearly subscription.
• The yearly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple ID account settings. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.

6. Acceptable use

• You agree to use Hide Photo only for lawful, personal purposes.
• You must not store or distribute illegal content using the app.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app.

7. Intellectual property

Hide Photo and its original content, features, and design remain the exclusive property of Flag Apps and its licensors.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that the app will prevent every possible form of unauthorized access to your device or data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flag Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of photos or data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
